Cybersecurity services are professional and project-specific. Cancellation/refund rules vary by service type and contract stage.

2. Not Started

If service has not started, refunds may be considered minus applicable costs.

3. In Progress / Completed

No refund for completed portions of work.

4. Subscriptions

Monthly services cancel per contract notice period; used periods are non-refundable.
